Banana Sundae Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 bananas, sliced
1/2 gal. ice cream
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 to 1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream

Preparation

Cover
9 x 13-inch glass pan with cracker crumbs.
Slice bananas on top,
then
slices of ice cream on top of bananas. Sprinkle walnuts on top and freeze until firm.
Melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter. Add
powdered
sugar and evaporated milk.
Cook until thick and smooth; add vanilla.
Cool.
Pour over
ice
cream and return to freezer.
Top with whipped cream and a cup of cracker crumbs.
