Meatball Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can mixed vegetables
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Shape into small balls.
Brown in oil and drain.
In large pan, combine next 5 ingredients.
Add vegetables and meat balls.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
