Fat-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Second Nature (egg substitute)
1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Stir in ingredients in order given. Pour into quiche dish (ungreased, no crust).
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
