Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in water until done.
    Peel and dice. Combine with the Velveeta cheese, bacon and mayonnaise.
    Mix together.
    Bake in casserole dish at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
