Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. shredded cabbage
3 sliced green peppers
3 sliced onions
1 pt. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. mustard seed
3/4 tsp. celery seed
3/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

Mix together in gallon jar:
cabbage, green peppers and sliced onions.
Next, mix together in saucepan:
vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric.
Bring to boil, then pour over cabbage mixture.
Keep refrigerated.
Will last for weeks.
