Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup warm water.
    Cream sugar and shortening together; add eggs, yeast, salt and water.
    Mix well, then add flour, cup by cup.
    Let dough rise until double in size, then knead down.
    Shape into rolls or loaves.
    Let rise again until double in size.
    Bake until done.
