4 oz. salmon
2 Tbsp. tomato juice
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 drop butter flavoring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in dish sprayed with Pam.
Makes 1 serving of 3 to 4 ounces protein.
