Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small acorn squash
3/4 lb. sausage
1/2 c. minced onion
4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cut squash in half lengthwise.
Remove seeds.
Place cut side down on a rack in a skillet and add 2/3 cup water.
Cover and steam 10 minutes.
