Broiled Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Prick potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape.
    Bake potatoes in 425\u00b0 oven until tender, about 1 hour; cool slightly. Cut each potato lengthwise into halves; scoop insides, leaving a 3/8-inch shell.
    Spread inside of shell with margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cut each into 6 pieces.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
    Set oven control to broil or 550\u00b0.
    Broil potatoes with tops about 5 inches from heat, until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
