Helen'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
2 c. Chinese or any kind of noodles
1 1/2 c. herbed croutons
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 small onion
1 small can water chestnuts
chicken broth (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add chicken broth.
Put in casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
