Yeast Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 pt. warm milk
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add salt and sugar; then yeast and oil.
    Add milk alternately with flour.
    Put batter in large covered container (they will rise some).
    Make them up a day in advance. Will keep a week or more.
    Store in refrigerator.
