Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs
2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In mixer bowl, cream together sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in mashed bananas and eggs.
Add biscuit mix and fold in pecans.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
