Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. oats, softened with milk (2% or skim)
    onion, green pepper or raw mushrooms (if you prefer)
    1/2 c. raw celery
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; shape into meat loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in covered dish.
