Mix-Melt Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

32 Keebler Town House crackers
3 (1 oz.) slices Monterey Jack cheese
6 (1 oz.) slices Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. red pepper, finely diced
4 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. ripe olives, cut in halves

Preparation

Cut cheese slices into triangles.
Top each cracker with cheeses, peppers and olives.
Broil until cheese begins to melt. Makes 32 appetizers.
