Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken parts (prefer unskinned breasts and thighs)
8 oz. Russian dressing (can use light)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
8 oz. apricot preserves (can use natural unsweetened)
1/4 c. water
pineapple chunks or slices
green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Put chicken parts in large baking dish.
Mix salad dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves together.
Use water to rinse jars and mix in.
Pour mix over chicken.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Uncover.
Add pineapple and green pepper for garnish.
Bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour more.
Serve.
Good with rice.
