Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 beaten eggs
    3 c. finely grated raw carrots (carrots can be grated in blender)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients and add oil, eggs and carrots. Mix well.
    Bake in three 8-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
