Molded Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    3 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. catsup
    4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 cans small shrimp or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    4 Tbsp. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. chopped cucumber
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; add salt, catsup and vinegar. Blend well.
    Refrigerate until partially set; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into individual molds or a 9-inch square pan until set.
    Delicious served with hot rolls and a fruit and cottage cheese salad.
