Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 sliced cucumber
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles or sweet relish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in salted water until tender; do not overcook. Remove from heat and drain; wash in cold water until cool.
    Mix with remaining ingredients in a large covered bowl.
    Add a little of the sweet pickle juice.
    Place in refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
    This is better if made the day before.
