Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak
    2 large green peppers
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. Cajun spice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin long strips, approximately 3-inches.
    Cut peppers and onion into strips also.
    Take 2 tablespoons olive oil and place in skillet or wok.
    Heat on medium to high heat.
    Place in meat and seasonings.
    When brown add in peppers and onion. Cover with lid until vegetables are tender.
