Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, unbeaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Add 1/4 cup boiling water.
Beat to stiff peaks at least 4 to 5 minutes.
Great for angel food cake!
