Wild Chicken And Rice Bake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) box long grain and wild rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can reduced sodium cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 box frozen peas
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    4 skinned and boned split chicken breasts
Preparation
    Put rice and seasoning package in 8-inch casserole.
    Mix soup, water, chestnuts, peas and carrots.
    Mix into rice.
    Push chicken pieces under rice mixture.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
