Turkey Gumbo Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. turkey or chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c chopped celery
    10 oz. pkg. cut frozen okra
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. cooked, diced turkey
Preparation
    Heat broth to boiling.
    Add vegetables, seasoning, rice and turkey.
    Cover and cook slowly 15 minutes until vegetables and rice are tender.
    Calories per serving:
    approximately 170.
    Yields 6 servings, approximately 1 cup each.
