Pineapple Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. twisted macaroni
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drain and reserve juice)
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
2 sliced bananas
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Cool.
Add pineapple chunks; drain and reserve juice.
Add mandarin oranges.
Combine pineapple juice, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Slowly add eggs; cook over medium heat.
Stir constantly until bubbly.
Pour sauce over macaroni, pineapple and oranges.
Chill overnight.
Before serving, add bananas and sour cream.
