Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat together milk and egg.
    Cook rice according to package. Mix with other ingredients.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese; bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
