Molasses Whoopie Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. light molasses
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Sift flour with soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger; set aside. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs.
    Stir in molasses.
    Add flour mixture, alternating with milk.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
