Mystery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. buttermilk
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 pkg. mini butter cookies, crushed
    3 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Make pudding according to package, using buttermilk.
    Fold in Cool Whip immediately.
    Add mandarin oranges.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, add cookies and bananas.
