Spicy Bacon Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. any type pasta
8 oz. bacon
1 large onion
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. dried pepper flakes
1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
Preparation

Heat the oil and cook bacon.
Cut into 1-inch strips.
When bacon is crispy, transfer to paper towel to drain.
Discard half of bacon drippings.
Saute onion in remaining fat until tender. After mashing tomatoes, add onion with pepper flakes.
Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Cook and drain pasta.
Serve sauce over pasta, topped with bacon.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
