Baked Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag hash browns, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all together, except cracker crumbs and butter.
    Then sprinkle cracker crumbs with melted butter.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. For your family, double recipe and bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
