Easy Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Minute rice per chop
    2 cans tomato soup (rinse cans with a little water and add)
Preparation
    Place chops in casserole and sprinkle with ingredients in order listed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Keep watch and keep rice pushed down into liquid.
