Western Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced, cooked ham, diced
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    8 slices white bread, toasted
Preparation
    About 35 minutes before serving, in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender about 5 minutes.
    Add ham.
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl with fork, beat eggs, milk and salt until well mixed.
    Stir into ham mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes, until top is set and underside is lightly browned.
    Serve egg mixture between bread slices.
    Makes 4 servings.
