Ingredients

2 qt. brewed coffee
3 cans (12 oz. each) evaporated skimmed milk
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 c. fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. vodka
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

In a Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar.
Stirring occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil; remove from heat.
Stir in ice cream, vodka, vanilla and maple flavoring.
Serve hot.
Yield: about twenty 6 ounce servings.
