Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can pumpkin
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all filling ingredients in order given.
    Pour into pie crust. Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Garnish
    with whipped cream, if desired.
