Mrs. Ida Lady'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lemon and some grated rind
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs (separate whites of 2 eggs for meringue)

Preparation

Beat eggs and
add
sugar,
flour and lemon.
Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water and boil until thick.
Remove from the fire and add butter the size of a walnut.
This makes one pie.
