Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
3 c. sour apples, chopped

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Add to first mixture, then add pecans and apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
