Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash (measure after cooking)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 or 2 carrots, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash; mash.
    Add soup, cream, carrots and seasoning.
    Butter casserole; sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning crumbs on bottom; add squash mixture.
    Cover with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until brown.
