Country Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean), ham or crabmeat
    4 1/2 slices bread, cubed
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute sausage in skillet.
    Drain grease.
    Place half of cubed bread in 9-inch square pan.
    Place half of sausage and half of cheese over bread.
    Repeat layers.
    Slightly beat eggs; add salt, mustard and milk.
    Pour over bread-meat mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
