Squash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 qt. (1 lb.) small summer squash, sliced
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    2 c. whipping cream
    salt and white pepper
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt butter, add onion and cook on low heat until soft, not brown. Add squash and broth. Cook until squash is tender. Add sugar. Process until smooth (use hand-held processor or move to food processor). Add cream and seasonings. Serve hot or cold.
