Blintze Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 6 frozen fruit filled blintzes
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. low-fat sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 carton defrosted Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Arrange frozen blintzes in 2 rows in pan.
    Beat remaining ingredients together and pour mixture over blintzes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until fluffed and golden, about 45 to 60 minutes.
    Cut and serve with low-fat sour cream or fruit topping.
