Mexicali Bake Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (20 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    2 c. corn chips, coarsely crushed
Preparation
    In oven-going skillet, blend cheese spread with milk over low heat.
    Stir in enchilada sauce.
    Add frozen meatballs, hominy and chilies. Bring to a boil.
    Stir occasionally.
    Sprinkle with corn chips.
    Transfer to oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
