Squaw Valley Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. mashed bananas
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, soda and nutmeg in a small mixing bowl.
    Beat together the bananas, oil and eggs until well blended.
    Stir into dry ingredients all at once, mixing only until blended.
    Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
