Easy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes (5 to 6 c. diced)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    chopped fresh or dry parsley
    3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook diced potatoes 8 to 12 minutes until tender when pierced. Drain and cool.
    Layer into a covered container: potatoes, celery, onions and parsley.
    Salt and pepper and follow the layers as began.
    Put lid on container and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
    Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix with potato mixture.
    Place in serving bowl.
    Sprinkle top with paprika.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Cover and refrigerate until time to serve.
