Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces chicken breasts
2 green peppers
1 lg. onion
seasoning salt
garlic powder
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

In large saucepan, med. heat, combine sliced green pepper and sliced onions.
Simmer until slightly soft in water.
Add garlic powder and seasoning salt (as desired) to pan.
Take out, put in bowl.
Leaving water in pan, add chicken to pan.
Cook until done. Take out and dice chicken.
Add chicken, pepper and onions back into saucepan with can of chicken flavored gravy.
Let simmer 2-3 minutes.
Serve over rice.
