Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli
3 or 4 green onions
1 stick oleo
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 roll garlic cheese
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain; melt oleo and add onions, flour, cheese, milk and soup.
Mix well and heat over low heat until cheese is melted.
Mix in broccoli and pour mixture into lightly greased casserole dish.
Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
