Special Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli
    2 c. water plus 2 to 3 chicken bouillon cubes or 1 large can defatted chicken broth
Preparation
    Wash and separate broccoli to florets (can use stalks if peeled, cut into 1-inch cubes).
    Bring water and bouillon cubes or chicken broth to boil.
    Boil until reduced by 1/3.
    Add broccoli. Cook until tender-crisp or to your preference.
    Drain, reserving liquid, if desired to cook rice and noodles.
    This is the only way I cook broccoli or any raw vegetable.
