Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    Crisco or similar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
    Make a hollow in center of flour mixture and add egg. Add 1 tablespoon water, then gradually fold in flour mixture.
    Let stand for one hour.
    Put marble size knob of Crisco into each section of muffin tin.
    Place in hot oven until the Crisco is smoking.
    Add mixture into tin.
    Cook at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
