Barbecued Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. lean short ribs (3 to 4-inches long)
2/3 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
Preparation

Place short ribs in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 10 hours. Turn occasionally. Remove from marinade and drain. Cook slowly on grill 7 to 8-inches from coals, 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat begins to leave bone. Turn often. Brush with marinade during last 20 minutes of cooking. Serves 4 to 6.
