Birish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 medium potatoes
    5 apples
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of sugar
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples; set aside.
    Cook potatoes and rice while hot.
    Add flour and salt; mix.
    Roll out the size of a pie crust.
    Cover with apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll up and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
