Irresistible Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    In
    3\tquart saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Remove from heat.
    Add sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt,
    eggs and vanilla.
    Stir with spoon until batter is smooth. Stir
    in
    1
    1/2
    cups chocolate morsels and nuts. Spread in 13
    x 9-inch
    baking
    pan.
    Sprinkle
    with
    1/2 cup chocolate morsels. Bake
    for
    30
    to 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Makes 24 brownies.
