Cordon Bleu Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. diced fully cooked ham or Canadian-style bacon
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded aged Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine rice, ham, cheese, parsley and butter in medium bowl.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
    Yield: 5 cups.
