Cherry Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
